I will never deal with this dealership again. Worst experience ever. I went for the buy out event to get full payoff for my car and buy an suv as my family is growing. I won't even get into them adding money onto the total without explaining to me because yes that was my fault for not reading the tiny print in the contract. I was unable to refinance with my bank because so much extra was added onto the price. They were supposed to refund me my warranty and that was 3 months ago. Nothing. I also had a tiny hole in the seat they agreed to fix and it looks like a 2 year old stitched it. I wasn't mad when they were willing to help me out but now I haven't been able to reach the GM (who gave me his personal number for problems) in a month. I message every day about the seat and refund and get left on "Read". I could go on and on but buying from this dealership was the worst mistake ever. Included photo of seat repair.

They sent faulty paperwork to my lender twice which delayed me getting a title and my vehicle tags. When I reached out to their dealership I was always sent to a voicemail. Regardless of if I left a voicemail or not they did not contact me back. The only way I was able to get into contact with them was when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which I’ve had to do twice at this point). If you live in the vicinity of them and are able to go in person if something goes wrong you may have a decent experience. However, if you live a few hours away and can’t make a quick trip there, I would stay far away if I was you.

Purchased a vehicle from here it was a 2010 Malibu for 2000 dollars. Test drive the car for a while and had no issues other than a check engine light on for a misfire and an O2 sensor. There was also a tpms sensor going out and tires were wore and had a cracked windsheild. So I knew the car wasn't perfect and wasn't expecting it to be. I mean it's a 2000 dollar car so I expect issues but after driving it and everything except for the miss was good enough no over heating notrans issues or anything.drove the car home parked it and went to drive the car that afternoon and it will not go into reverse checked the fluids and linkages all good. Pushed the car out and drive went great fine Drove it all around for a few hours no issues just no reverse.called the dealership and was just told it was priced at wholesale to the public and was as is and that's it all I had asked if they had any issues with the car. Figured out a shift solenoid was probably out of it. Went to drive the car today and the entire trans doesn't pull anymore at all. Moral of the story it seems as this dealership seems to doctor or snake oil the vehicles to make them run good for a few hours to get the sale closed. Dealership is complely unresponsive to any contact. I will never be shopping here again I will always go back to the Ford dealer in Athens because never had any issues at that dealer with the several cars I ha e either purchased from them or have procured for others.

Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with. Philip Skinner was my salesperson and he, as well as the rest of the Don Wood staff, went above and beyond what is to be expected. I wanted a specific color, that was hard to find, and the dealer did not have it in stock but offered a test drive of an in stock vehicle and acquired the exact color I wanted from another dealer the next day. The staff stayed late the day the car arrived so that I could complete the purchase that day. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I returned to the dealer the following day to drop off the extra key for my trade-in and everyone was very friendly and made sure there was nothing else I needed.

My genesis had the wrong ecu so this service dept gave me and my husband the part number as they didn't have any in stock so once we got it we swapped it out ourselves made an appt to get it programmed got a time to bring it in with a quote but once we got there they didn't have us in the system and said they didn't prgram there they then tried to tell us it was the wrong ecu even though they gave us the part number. Don't waste your time here
